Construction Progress & Commercial Real Estate Photography

Construction progress photos are vital for your large projects and I realize the importance of getting them to you in a timely manner. For the sake of consistency from month-to-month, I will ensure each flight is at the same altitude and angle. Our standard progress package includes (4) 8 1/2 x 11 color enlargements with the project name and date added to each photo as well as a cd containing all of the views taken. If you need the images quickly, I can send them via FTP.

Commercial Real Estate professionals rely on my photography as the best way to show how their listings relate to the surrounding business and residential districts. Whereas satellite views are pricey and mostly limited to vertical views, oblique views can pinpoint the proximity of your site to nearby (or sometimes not-so-nearby) areas of interest. If vertical views are what you need, I can also provide high-resolution files oriented to north or other directions depending on the size and layout of your site.

If your not very "computer savvy" or don't have the in-house personnel to digitally markup photos, I can also assist you with marking property outlines and labeling streets and other landmarks on a select photo(s) of your listing.

The Equipment

My specially-equipped photo aircraft provides an unobstructed field of view so that you will never see airplane parts in the photo (wheels, wing tips, etc.). From busy city centers to rural countryside, I have the skills and experience necessary to place the aircraft in the best possible positions and altitudes, providing you with multiple views of the site that work best for the presentation you need.

The camera I use is a Kodak DCS Pro digital SLR with 14 megapixel resolution - among the industry's highest.
